Problems after system updating!!!

Hi, guys!
I came across a new problem. I have updated Receptor OS from v. 1.3 to1.4 and then 1.5. But when I load instruments or plugins and try to use them instantly in the patch window chosen sound becomes inactive and Compare button lights red.But on Receptor's hard drive in the folder Banks and Patches all files are ok.
I would greatly appreciate any help or advice.
