I have been trying to listen to cafe tracks, but the speakers on my work pc are broken and the isp for my home pc is undergoing repair, so listening is kinda tough.
Sorry.
Thanks much!ATS wrote:awesome. Would be cool to hear the finished version when you get it done.

Thanks!mystahr wrote:I quite enjoyed this; good song
Good luck on further production; definately worth it
Yes, it is very much a part of the style of this song, (although it is a ride, not a crash). If but only one thing; what my ears noticed is the 'overly' use of the crashcymbals. Perhaps its part of the style, but to me it was a bit too much.
Thanks for listening.rockstar_not wrote:I really like the feel of this song, but I have to admit, the drums and the high-end of the vocals sound like a poorly rendered MP3 file. They have that watery distorted sound to them. Media Player is saying that it's encoded at 126 kbps.
Perhaps what I am hearing is due to the 126 kbps rather than a more standard 128 kbps. Maybe my decoder doesn't know what to do with the 126 kbps.
There is a track on the recent Paste magazine (the one with Thom Yorke on the cover) CD that sounds alot like this - it's one of my favorite tracks on the CD.
I can't wait to hear a re-do of the track - it is a killer feel.
