this is not only graphics, the synth is 95% done,
it allows subctractive, FM and Modelling,
insert effects per pad and send effects (not showed here)

this should be the default skin,

soon the beta both for Windows and OS X

I take it the modelled bit means physically modelled drums, as per Marimka? Including the snare and hats?

so far modelling is limited to drums, kick, toms, part of the snare,

while it's true that I work almost 17 hours a day, <grin>
don't forget my coworker Aldo, who did Grand Electrix engine,
he coded this synth engine as well, but of course we made together the sound design and features project

Liqih, you are starting to mess up my life.
Especially given my obsession with PM hitting a new high this week.

Though I lust after a PM drum synth (with FM!) it'll be astonishingly difficult to impress me after Impact

Course, it's not a competition, I'mjust generally in awe at the creativity around here recently.

anyway don't think it's a PM based synth, the core engine is classic like Waldorf Attack, but with FM function and a physically modelled drum shell (a hollow cylindrical shell)
with adjustable size and depth

I would love something to replace Waldorf Attack

I think you can with DKS, which also has the potential for hardware replacement thanks to the oversampled overdrive and the bit reduction function

What would make this perfect is the ability to import drum patterns (midi files) into this - or better yet - a graphic interface to create your own drum patterns.

I know you can do this in DAW's, but it's never as intuitive as when it's a part of the synth/drum machine (ie. Guru)

Damn this sucker looks sexy though! I don't need a drum synth and I am currently DROOLING over Modelonia (never even knew it existed), but I may have to buy this based on looks alone (just kidding).
