It's nice to see that Mackie does listen to their users. I can recall asking for a feature to be able to "mute individual clips", and now it seems it's gonna to be a reality. THANK YOU!!!! :)

Looks like some very useful features there.

Not full on Clip Based Automation. But it allows you to move automation with clips. We just ran out of time to make a complete clip based system but don't worry, it is still on the list and the new implementation will allow you to do most everything you want.

T3 looks very appealing!
I kept grinning as I read down the list :D
Anti-aliasing is for "synthmonk%ys".

:hail:

tracktion3 sounds great.

I hope i'm not pissing on any bonfires but.... multi/dualcore support? (crosses fingers).

The thing sounds tasty as hell Beno; Make sure the whole shebang is totally reliable before release and peoples will line up to buy it, starting with me.
No, that wasn't me.

Wow, suddenly I'm excited about T3. That's a fantastic list of features.

I'll buy it either way, but I really, really hope they've implemented some sort of convenient way to copy/paste/delete/edit/move time sig and tempo changes. The way it is now is a nightmare with a complex song.

This is easy now with the new Global Track. Tempo is now node based and you can do everything with tempo that you can with automation nodes/curves. Time Sig and Tempo Changes are events on the track independent of tempo.

Awesome! Assuming everything works right (and not too much has been changed... only added and improved), the only major gripe I've had with T has been eliminated, making it the perfect program for the way I work.

 That has been my absolute #1 requested feature. It was T2's ability to move tempo changes right on the timeline that sold me on it to begin with, as no other host had anything that came close. This was the next natural step, and it is pure genius.

Wrapping multiple filters in a rack was also the next natural step for that feature...that will get used every day.

If the marker list is what I think it is...I'm imagining a way to define a non-linear play order, so instead of cutting/pasting another verse/chorus, you would mark it off and just copy that marker in the list? I'm already sold if not, but if it's something like that I just might piddle myself.

Bravo to the T3 team. Just about every single thing that I've ever thought would be cool is in there now. Mackie has earned my business in a big way!
