Well... I'm sure the idea could be developed to encompass all sorts of absolute-time-dependent cyclical processing. There seem not to be any plugs which do this. I can imagine for instance if there is damage on a tape caused by a magnetic field or some physical degradation, where the damage is cyclical with a predictable, decreasing frequency (assuming the tape was stored tail-out). Eg.. volume changes, eq changes etc. Perhaps problems like these could be better solved with some sort of generalized plug -- one which just generates automating information according to some rule.kylen wrote:Thanks Jens - I was having trouble hearing this at first on a stereo cassette transcribed track in Sonar5.
