Uniwire with Samplitude?

Anyone successfully (or unsuccessfully) using this combo?
After screwing with buffer settings and the like, I've succeeded in getting uniwire working OK with Reaper as the host, but not much luck with Samplitude SE. I can run one instance only - when I run the 2nd, but it and the 1st go silent!!.
