All inputs and outputs doesn't work?

Hi!

I have such a problem : when I try to use instruments all inputs and outputs doesn't work but when I use uniware instruments work and sound and only midi input and output work but because I use ProTools such kind of connection does not suit me. Spdif and ADAT don't work either.All these happened after I changed inner Hard Drive to another with more volume. If someone couId help me I would appreciate that a lot. Because I live in Russia it's very difficult to take my Receptor to ofiicial service which is in other countries except where I live.
