hi!!

i know this is an old issue. i know that there is a home-brewed patch to remedy the delay-upon-render with spectrasonics trilogy...

but, has this all been fixed in fl yet? and if so, when was it fixed?

thanks for any info! i tried searching here and couldnt find the thread that im sure is here somewhere....

peace.

Not fixed and it won't be fixed. If i can remember this is issue with UVI engine and the way how FL handle rendering. You should try to find that patch at looptalk. It is working realy good.

Hi,
IIRC, the problem didn't lie with FL, it was the UVI audio engine Spectrasonics were using at the time. I'm almost sure they've changed the audo engine, so the problem has now gone. I'm not sure how this affects those still using the UVI powered stuff, maybe they still have to use the fix posted@looptalk. If you are looking for the fix, do a search for Plugin proxy in the looptalk forum. It was written for Atmosphere, and I'm guessing it also works for older versions of Trilogy.
RIP Black Tom and Beckett. They weren't just cats, they were MY cats, the best cats ever.

wow!

officially will never be fixed huh? that is fukkin amazing!

isnt sytrus built on the same engine...? or am i totally mistaken somehow?

well, i wont be installing my update any time soon i guess. the uvi fix might have tipped me. i mean, i have the patch and have been using it fine forever, but damn, i woulda thought that was fixed long ago. maybe toying with that last beta has just gone to my head. now im all excitable and 'grass-greener'....

but thanks for the quick reply kmonk!

peace.
