Anybody able to help with this?
I was at a gig today using my demo version of Lounge Lizard - I just got my Receptor Rev C and and have 3 days left on the trial period. After playing for a little bit I turned the receptor off, and when I turned it back on Lounge Lizard would load but I wouldn't hear any sound. All of my other plug-ins/instruments worked fine. Is this because the demo version of Lounge Lizard stops working after 20 min? (http://www.applied-acoustics.com/loungelizarddemo.htm) Am I just a silly newbie who didn't realize this, or is there something more serious going on?

Don't know, have not yet tried LL - I use Mr Ray 2.2, it sounds great and can be tweaked, tho not as much as the newer LL (I had the original demo, sounds and looks almost identical ti Mr Ray 2.2.
But if you go to their website, they will tell you about the trial limits, you could be right about the time limit, but in my experience, rebooting a time-limited app resets the clock (but not the date expiration limit.)

Try this:
1. Open to the Receptor SETUP view and disable ZLoad.
2. Load a bank patch and create a Multi patch called "SHUTDOWN" with just a LINE input.
3. Power down with the multi patch "SHUTDOWN" loaded.
4. Start Receptor and now try Lounge Lizard.

Rick - a) I think you meant to say, "...load a blank patch"? and b) interesting idea, what does it change, especially compared to just shutting dowm with a totally blank patch loaded? I think this is something that would be useful to know in a crisis, especially as you advised another user to do the same thing..
