Duox and the other vocal plug-ins where only a proof of concept.
I sold them so cheap because I didn't want to hurt
the other company by giving them away for free.

All my other pro audio plug-ins will be available in the near future.

Another hammer will be released very soon,
so if you're looking for a world-class equaliser,
save your money until then. ;)

Well, if the other company is big, and can afford it...

"Hammer"? OK...well, I'm always in the market for a good EQ, or anything of quality. Are you still working on the amp sim too?

You're full of shit Rene.

Amberience, so far you, like many others got all of my plug-ins for free,
or for less than peanuts.
What do I get in return ?
Shit...

bduffy, I must admit, because of comments like the one above,
I lost a lot of energy and pasion about the amp sim.
There are a few people that already play and use my amplifier for quite some time.
I was not joking six months or more ago, that the amplifier is basically finished. ;)
I am really building this amplifier for people who are passionate about
guitar sound and recording.
The others can use guitar rig or amplish..em..tube. :D

As far as I know Rene, you have no plugins except the xmas tube vst and the severely crippled doubler you posted above.

You've proclaimed to have many different products on the go, and yet we haven't seen or tasted a slice of the pies you promise.

vis-a-vis .. full of shit.

Then you go on to say that you're building your amp sim for people who are passionate about guitars and recording.

Did it ever occur to you that perhaps you've taken so much derogatism BECAUSE you've let people down and strung them along.

If the amp is basically finished why isn't it a demo available? Why is there no comments from the people you say are using it? Why is there nothing in existence about it except a lame screenshot which could easily have been made in Photoshop?

I think you're a charlatan.

Just to clarify: I do not have ANY of your plugins. I had the xmas tube amp, I deleted it because it didn't suit my style at the time. I had high hopes for the amp though, and those hopes never fully formed - it's a shame.

Sorry for the derailment folks.

There's nothing crippled in DuosX, unless you call a fully working three days demo crippled.

You missed a few plug-ins.... but who cares.

I proclaimed the guitar amplifier, agreed that I disappointed quite a few people
by not releasing it, as announced.
But after all, this is my decision to make not yours or anybody elsees.
If I believe, it is worth to work over two years on that VST,
again this is my decision.

What else, I presented our bass amplifier and said that there will be more
plug-ins for the vocal suite, and there will be.

That's about it, as far as I recall.

so why do you still have the amp sim in your sig? To tease people and make them feel like they are not passionate about guitar...maybe the release of your pluggin is your decision, but judging someones passion is not :x and that anger is genuine...who the hell do you think you are?

You want passionate?

I've owned over 100 guitars in the last 8 years. At one point I had 31 at the same time. Now I have 5, and I play each of them regularly.

I've owned just about every body style of Jackson and BC Rich guitars, and a few Ibanez and Schecter guitars as well. I've owned Strat copies, Explorer copies, Flying V copies, and Les Paul copies. I've owned 5, 6, and 7 string guitars.

I've used just about every pickup made by EMG, Seymour Duncan, Dimarzio, Kent Armstrong, and Bill Lawrence.

I've owned amp heads/stacks by Marshall, Peavey, and Crate.

I've owned rack gear by Mesa Boogie, Marshall, Digitech, Rocktron, Behringer, and Line 6.

I've owned pedals by Line 6, Digitech, Boss, Zoom, Ibanez.

I want your f**king ampsim. And I want it to have a 30 day, 30 minute, non-beeping, non-saving interface like Guitar Rig, so I can put it through the paces but still have to buy it to use it properly. I want it to kick me out, leaving me saying "SHIT! That was 30 minutes ALREADY?!" Something Guitar Rig couldn't do, because I only needed 20 minutes to say "eh, my POD is better."

And I want it SOON.

Well, unfortunately it seems I am one more guitarist that is not passionate enough :) :P

As some of you may remember, I have done few demos for midiworks stuff you can still hear on that soundclick page. Basically, I liked idea of an outsider coming up with a better product than "big guys" do, and wanted to help a bit. So just to mention something if anyone likes to know, I have never got to see or try this ampsim... Don't know about others that have collaborated with Midiworks. Maybe Dmitar guy has one to play at home, and confirm that there is "almost finished" guitar sim in reality... Who can be sure

We are kind of hijacking this thread (in part because other one is dead) but it is oportunity for me to say that I do not see real reasons for anyone to be angry. Unlike some of people that rant about ampsim I have actually spent some time to record that stuff for him, I was not paid, I was not doing it because of some expactation, it was just for fun in my free time. And I am not angry or dissapointed in any way. Why other people take all this so close to their heart is beyond me. It is not like you have paid in advance for sim.

In any case have in mind that it is his loss, not yours because he could put out first version of sim with old engine for small price, take some money and have v2 later with new engine and take some more $$$. So if he can live with fact that he has not used nice business oportunity (I hope he is aware of this, we all can learn from our mistakes) then why do you care so much about it? Just leave it alone! :)

Cheers

OT, what about Charsiesis?

I'm only angry about the assumption that he can judge my passion, instead of apologizing for shining us on he indicts us and charges us the blame for his failure....as far as amplification I want for nothing...tube or sim wise I have all the bases covered and then some...;)

Well I kind of disliked "Passion" comment too. If that picture on your page is up to date, than you really do have all bases covered :) Nice stuff you have!
