I am trying to use Space Boy to have a bass kick drum suppress frequencies in a bassline.

I want the "release" of the space boy effect on the bassline to be as fast as possible.

In order to do this, I would disengage the "walk" feature, or reduce the "space walk" time to 0.1s.

Is this accurate?

yes.

But there is a preset for that.

Thanks. I have never acutally used a preset in Space Boy before. I will assume that for the bass/kick preset, the TX goes on the kick and the RX goes on the bassline.

The TX instance is always the one that remains prominent and the RX is the one that is suppressed.
