Does anyone else have this problem?
IF muse is saying that this ILOK is already in use...that means the retailer sent me a used machine at Full price?

I had this issue when registering my ILok, but it was due to my confusion. When they ask you for an ID, they don't want the numbers on the ILok, they want one that you make up. Like an account name.
