I've followed the directions for installation and authorization with NI. (I have previously successfully authorized Colossus and B4II with NI.)
This time, NI registration gave me the response that this serial number is already in use by another user. I am in contact with my EastWest sales rep about this matter. Meanwhile, I'm trying to uninstall/reinstall this plugin to verify that I did correctly enter the serial number. However, on reinstallation, the plugin tool does not ask me again for my serial number, instead remembering what was entered from the initial installation. How do I remove the original serial number?
My system configuration: Receptor Rev C system version 1.5 controlled remotely by MacPro.
Thanks,
Dave

Hi,
An update: my EastWest sales rep emailed me a new serial number for my plugin.
So my question still remains: does anyone know how to uninstall an old/invalid serial number for a plugin?

1) open a ticket on Plugorama and ask them to create a "fixer" program that will erase the registry entries for this plugin (they have done this for me in the past, before I know about option 2 below)
2) open a ticket on Plugorama and ask them to give you the WINE version of Regedit for Receptor so that you can do things to the registry yourself, then once you get it, delete the registry entries for this plugin.
hope this helps!
