I own Komplete 2, and was able to crossgrade my B4 from that to the recepor version, but that option isn't available from plugorama for Kontakt or Kompakt. I only see Komtakt 2 supported and Kompakt is a 'User Installable', which probably wouldn't work trying to authorize from the Komplete 2 installer discs ... or will it? Anybody have experience with that? (My other problem is I'm a Mac user so I don't have a Windows based installation to even try that method
) I'd prefer to use Kontakt, but Kompakt will work fine, but the dropping of support for Kompakt kinda worries me. I'm planning a call to NI support today to see what they say about the licensing/cross grade possibilities, but hoping someone here as had some experience with this already.
