That's the way sfz works.Katzenjammer wrote:I don't really see the point of SFZ, wouldn't it be more accessible with WAV's in folders and separate patch files?

Looks like I had it confused with SF2, which is self contained right?
Doesn't bother me none though, as they are posting both formats.
Thanks again for the samples.

If there is problem with a single file I'll look it up, it might be my misstake of deleting unusable samples and fogetting to change the patch. About reason not finding a bunch of wavs, it seems that when you move a folder reason asks for the wavs since it doesnt recognize the location is changed. When You have put the samplepacks in a folder you want them in the future I think you'll have to locate the wavs manually the first time and when they are loaded into the sampler, save the patch, thus overwriting the old one.mellotronaut wrote:erans wrote: There was one file yesterday that didn't work properly, a 'flute sus' (have to look for the complete file name later on the other puter)... Reason couldn't find a bunch of wavs.
If you use the refillpacker to create refills from the samplepacks I dont think you need to look for the wavs, reason searches for them in the entire refill, I think.

I've had a look at conversion to Kontakt, but there's more than just importing and saving (some samples give no sound after the automatic conversion, and it's not just the way the L/R mix is done I think).

yep some nnxt maps need some work, especially the soft marimba needs manual remapping of 300+ waves..not complaining though. Erans rocks..

Are you referring to the non-translated patches, the original that you got from me? Are they not working properly?waiting man wrote:yep some nnxt maps need some work, especially the soft marimba needs manual remapping of 300+ waves..not complaining though. Erans rocks..

These deserve a bump. Some good stuff that obviously took a lot of time to put together. There are also additional mapping available.
