DK+ FR: Play and Control on same midi track option

Hi,

I think it would be nice if we could both play and control DK on the same midi track (an option perhaps?). Perhaps control could happen at Octave -1 or something. That way..

- For hosts like Cubase SX, only one midi track is needed for DK

- For hosts like Cubase 4, we can use DK with the great instrument track feature.
