Midi Foot Controllers & Receptor

I'm using Receptor as a guitar effects processor. Having trouble getting midi foot controllers to work with Receptor. I can navigate between channels in a snapshot via the midi pedal, but snapshot & multi bank changes don't respond to the midi bank change command from the pedal. I've tried a few different pedals, including the Digital Music Corp. Ground Control Pro. The end game here is to control Bank/Patch and parameter changes within a VSTi plugin. Ideas? Any recommended midi foot pedals that work well with Receptor?

In the SETUP window select Igore Bank Select so MSB LSB is igored.
