well that means that
acidome+p4+chainer is not necessarely a crash,

could be about hypethreading switched on?

we should also check which ASIO driver is used in Chainer?

I used ASIO4ALL in Chainer, AudigyASIO in eXT and Phrazor.

M-Audio 2496 w/latest drivers. I'll try it again in eXT and report back.

EDIT: eXT locks up at 6 clicks. Increase buffer to 512. No change. Chaniner still locks up at 512 too.

I did all the presets in Chainer and didn't have any problems at all. Just thought I'd throw that in there to add to the mystery of the bug.

No but I just did and Acidome seems to be ok. I'm talking about Acilead. This one.....

ah, sorry mate, the thread started for Acidlead beta, which is the other NUSofting synth derived from Acidome and both are made with Synth Maker rather that C++ as I usually do, <wink>

it was my fault to hijack my own thread to Acidome
talking about the lack of sales for the latter,

make sense now?

so resuming we have :
Acidome release, Acilead still in beta

and the questions still are:

just I'd like to know if people dont't buy Acidome for:
1) it's made with Synth Maker (thus Windows only or other stability issues)
2) they don't like the the sound of it
3) it's too similar to something they already have (including freeware)
