After having spoken to Muse about this, it appears the problem for European resellers such as I, is that the Eastwest offers are handled directly by eastwest through there Soundsonline outlet (www.soundsonline.com), not by Muse themselves.. so Muse can't offer it to their resellers 
Have you tried contacting Soundsonline about this to see if they'll ship direct to you?
