moving to a new computer

hi, I got a new computer and I am trying to move convo, space boy and clone boy.
but when I use my email address and the keycode or whatever they are called.
it is telling me key mismatch for all three plug ins.
any ideas?

Yep. You didn't have transferable keys.

I think we sorted it be email.
