And Muff
And Stone
Here's where the speakers ended up:

It's a little hard to see, but that's the new XT2 mixer on my screen!

thanks for the link i may do that.Hovmod wrote:I use these things: http://www.herculesstands.com/guitars/GSP39WB.htmlgrymmjack wrote:does it hurt your guitars to leave them hanging on hooks like that? that'd be nice way to do it. i hate those stupid stands. they always fall over or scratch my axes. and i'm so lazy that i hate opening up the case to get them out.
are those hooks using any mollies or anchors behind them? what kind of materials are the walls made from? i got a nice blank wall behind me aching for some axage.
Not having them on the wall like that would probbaly hurt them more... The hangers swivel, so even the P-bass which has a very uneven head hangs nicely. And the foam doesn't hurt the finish, as far as I can tell.
I had them haning on the other wall before, and the bass fell down! The wall they're on now is wood and the screws are big-ass screws!
I have no problem recommending this. It saves space, saves tripping over them, looks good on the wall, and it keeps them out of reach of the kids as well.
btw, I've got the monitors on wall mounts now as well. Looks and sounds much better.
I started getting bad aches in my fingers so thought i'd try one (you click with your thumb) and it helped no end. Haven't had problems with my wrists yet (been using it 3 or 4 years). Neat on dual screens as you can spin it and the cursor just flies across the desktop. Great for adjusting virtual knobs too.crazed one wrote:you guys like those things? (the trackball mouse) Those things just kill my wrist. Yikes!

You seem awfully young to be making music on a PC yet alone being able to type proper English on an Internet forum.Hovmod wrote:
