This Acuma preset bug is very annoying so I never use these plugins.
This is a very old bug, I really can't believe it hasn't been solved.
And I'm pretty sure that it would not be fixed in T3, as the first note bug...

Beno have said that they have not yet tried to solve the first note bug. And they have promised so much things here in that thread... I don't think that they will be able to add more features and look at the bugs.Lunch Money wrote:What makes you think that?
No I'm just praying, praying for a miracle...

No wonder I've never run into that bug...how can you actually start a song on beat one of measure one? That means you can never have a feel that is slightly ahead of the beat, or slide into the first note of the song...rpc9943 wrote:im sure things will work out- even if note bug isnt fixed, write your songs a measure late- big deal right?

Why don't they just put into place a timebar offset like Cubase does? I don't have Cubase but I know that you could set the leftmost part to be "-1" or "-2" or whatever fits your needs.
When I work up a song, I know that I think more in 16/32 than in 17/33, etc, do it would be really helpful.
Just a thought.

Right. I'm with you on the first note bug. But I fail to see how that extends as a blanket covering all other bugs. "First Note bug won't be fixed, therefore no other bug will be fixed" is a stretch (at best!) in logic. And while I certainly appreciate that you're able to acknowledge that the crew is only human (there's only so much time in the day for features AND bugs) I still think that there are certain bugs that can and will be fixed.pquenin wrote:Beno have said that they have not yet tried to solve the first note bug. The first note bug has been discussed plenty around here, and you are probably less forum-addicted than me and therefore haven't seen them in their full glory. But it's very clear from all those discussions that the first note bug is a peculiar case, in a whole different league of bugs than a simple "the presets aren't storing" bug.
Additionally-- I could've sworn this was already fixed with T2? Am I going crazy? Or am I thinking of a different bug?

I didn't see this mentioned anywhere.
Has the automation been fixed so that the automation points move when the tempo of a midi edit is changed?
As it is now, if I decide to change the tempo of a song I will have to completly re-do the track automation.

technically, if it isn't in the list then currently it's unknown.

if only it were that simple. try looping some midi and doing some iterative sequencing with overlaid notes take after take...rpc9943 wrote:im sure things will work out- even if note bug isnt fixed, write your songs a measure late- big deal right?
