Pro-53 Crossgrade not installing correctly

Hi, folks. Running into some trouble and would appreciate any help that you can throw my way.

I bought Pro-53 before my Receptor. I just bought the crossgrade and installed it. The first problem was that when I installed it, the factory bank which worked fine in demo mode came up with only the first entry (patch 000) after the fully licensed version was authorized. The interesting thing was that all 128 patch files show up in Explorer but Remote Control software only shows and allows access to the first patch.

So I uninstalled the plug and re-dropped the installer onto the Receptor (after syching my iLok and restarting Receptor, of course). The original factory bank named 005-104-factory.bank stayed on the drive but upon reinstallation, Receptor created another subdirectory called 005-109-factory.bank which contains all 128 initial patches and Remote Control can see them. Receptor now shows two <Factory> banks, the first of which only allows selection of patch 000 and the second which allows full selection of 128 patches.

So I am left with two problems:

(1) How do I delete the initial factory bank? (I realize it doesn't impair the software but for housekeeping it would be nice to get rid of it) Alternatively, can I get the originally named directory of 005-104-factory.bank to be the working one and get rid of the second one? I can't seem to delete these subdirectories or patch files directly...even after changing file attributes.

(2) The second issue - and far more important one - is that the fully licensed version of Pro-53 has far more than 128 factory patches but Receptor only creates the first bank and does not create additional subdirectories for the additional patches that come with the fully licensed version (I think it's 512 in all). How can I get those created?

Did I do something wrong to screw this up? This is the second plug I have installed on Receptor that doesn't work properly..I am beginning to think I have brain damage :-)

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I accidently dropped a folder into a place where it was'nt meant to go and I could'nt delete it because of the copy protection Muse have on there. But just by contacting them, they will give you a fixer program to drop in so you can delete the files that should'nt be there.
