Yes once you've installed your plugs anyway.

Do you mean the 400 dollar bundle of plugs you get as a thankyou for registering? If thats it then no you can't. however as they're free to you just dont install the ilok auth's if you dont want them.
As to how to install plugs. I would suggest you first goto plugarama and see if there's a helper for your plugins. not only does it make it easier, it also has 1st class instructions
If they're not supported plugins..check out the unsupported plugs thread on here...

As in plugin count? Sure. No one would argue that the Receptor is for everyone. But it's the stability and integration that are it's real strengths. Also Muse have shown that they intend to offer upgrade paths to current owners, so who knows what CPU's maybe offered in the future, and how powerdful Receptor will get. At the moment it runs as many plugins as a decent current DAW and does it in a much more stable and musician like way...

saying "how powerdful Receptor will get in the future" is irrelevant, because the pc's that we are using are going to get powerful as well. I am just trying to determine what machine "now", will give me as much power as i need.
i basicly want to have severial machines running at once while i play live, with no lag.
once someone can give me some actual specification on CPU cost, then i will have a better idea if Receptor is right for me.

The manual can be downloaded at www.plugorama.comzoogoo wrote:how do you install vsts on recepter? I cant find anything that explains how.
From the various questions you have, I'd say the Receptor is not for you. Thinking about it in terms of raw power compared with a laptop or desktop PC is missing the point altogether. Most of what Receptor does, and does well, is in the implmentation of the host part as well as Uniwire.
