Alpha Construct is a brand-new patchset for u-he Zebra 2 by Nucleus SoundLab. It is available now for free download.

Alpha Construct was conceived and designed by Jeremy Janzen during Zebra 2's alpha testing. This was before many of the more advanced features were added to Zebra 2. The end result are some low-cpu, bread & butter and experimental patches which make the most of what was available in the alpha version of Zebra2: Comb Filters are heavily used, as are internal Oscillator FX. Details:

* 64 *free* patches for Zebra 2.

* Covers Pads, Leads, FX and more!

* Saved in .h2p format and thus compatible with both Windows and
Macintosh.

The bank is available totally free of charge. If you aren't convinced its worth your time, a variety of mp3 demos are also available. To download, just visit the product page, fill in a valid email address, and the product download link will be emailed to you instantly.

Cheers guys! :D

----I tried a few of the presets out, they are pretty basic (the 20 or so I flipped through at least), but for the most part some good playable stuff. Thanks :)

Thanks for the feedback and for downloading Jeff.

Yes, thats a fair estimation of these presets - somewhat simple technically. Like it says in the description, they were experiments with the alpha version of Zebra2. There wasn't alot available in this version (no mseg, mod matrix, xy, effects etc.)

But I think while alot of the presets may look simple 'in the grid', they are far from sounding simple. Especially if you add a few of your own fx! Cheers,

Jeremy
