Have you tried the Taiko that comes with Quicktime Music Instruments?
It's been a while since I've used it, but it was ok last time I needed a Taiko.

Gee, a simple google.com would have given you this. You have to do some work yourself, you know?

I was also looking for taikos some time ago. I did my research and thought about storm drum, ewql orchestra stuff, VSL and Yellowtools.
I went for Yellowtools and am pretty happy. Independence comes with quite a nice set of taikos. (alternatively Culture also comes with some taikos, but the Independence set is superior)
strom drum and ewqlso I found too ambient, I wanted more dry sounding stuff.
Another choice would be VSL Percussion VI I guess. (most taikos are in the base set)
hope that helps

You may want to make your own...Imanjl wrote:Im realy need a perfect Taiko drum sample with good quality,I try many VST plugins
and samplers like :
East West Quantum Leap Stormdrum (8GB)
Sonik Synth2 (8GB)
Ethno World 3 Complete (4GB)
Hypersonic (2GB)
Korg legacy
and many soundfonts and soundbanks ... .
But still I cant find anything to fufill my need all the taiko drum samples of these plugins sound so poor ,
East West Quantum Leap Stormdrum is one of the best available otherwise.
