To be eligible for the competitive crossgrade we need a screenshot of Attack running in a host program. Email it to info@araldfx.com for more information about the promotion.

To the few users experiencing crashes when loading DKS in SX3 please try running the first diagnostic version of the DKS and send us the log file produced.
None of our betatesters ran into this problem, so please help us finding this bug!
You can download it here: http://www.araldfx.com/dks/DKSdiag10.rar
The file works only if either the demo version or the full version of DKS are installed on your system.
Thanks!
Aldo.

any word on more pads?
btw, the demo version also crashed V-Stack here. And in both V_stack and FL Studio it sometimes keeps absolutely silent after playing some time. Could be a demo limitation, but is the noise not enough?

In another thread you asked about extra features to add. I noted that the specs included a 32-step grid (
) and a few other goodies. Might I also suggest some sort of pattern creation help ?
This could be as simple as the Fruityloops idea where with a right-click on the grid you can select to insert a grid beat every 2, 4 or 8 beats. But it could go a lot further... there could be a list of standard beat patterns.
Another step beyond this is a type of 'arpegiator for drums'. Not sure about the specifics, but am imagining a system where you'd hold down certain keys and get basic beat variations that are then placed on the grid...

i wouldn't have a need for a step sequencer (but if is on populkar demand, let's do it
), but a "roll" feature would be quite excellent for drilled hats and beat variations.
Except Tatapoum, i don't know any software drum machine with such a feature.

I recall how the old Sequential Circuits 'Tom' drum machine worked:
If you had the input quantization on, say, 32, then if you pressed down one of the drumpads (and held it down) you'd get a 32 'roll' for however long you kept the pad down.
So, select a quantize amount of '4', and hold down the bass drum key for one cycle of the pattern to get a standard simple BD hit pattern.
If the input quantization controls were similar to most delay units' sync amount (eg: 1, 1T, 1D, 2, 2T, 2D etc) then you'd immediately have all the basic 'starter' patterns needed, plus a 'roll' for every occasion. It would also mean no need to have any special input roll options.
