Unfortunately if you don't have Zero Downtime with ilok you'll have to somehow convince each plugin company to give you a new license which, they might do if you're persistent.

I have 3 sources I need reauths from.
Muse will reauthorize all of the freebie plugs that came with Receptor.
GMedia was very responsive as well.
Have not heard back from Native Instruments yet.

I will probably get my new iLOK this week and start getting it all sorted out. Fortunately, my most used plugs do not require iLOK....
