Zebra 2 -opening presets/patches

hi just a basic probably blatantly obvious question but can you tell me how i open patches or import them into the preset table/folder?

Before starting zebra, drop the patches in the appropriate folder on the hard drive. On windows, the default is c:\program files\u-he\presets\zebra2 -- you'll see all the factory patches are there, add a new folder and drop the new patches into it. Then, after starting zebra, you'll see the patches available in the preset browser.
