Recording more than 2 tracks

Hi Jo,

I'm trying to dump some old stuff I had on my 4-track into Luna. I tried doing it two tracks at a time, but the darn 4-track seems to have some variability in playback speed that causes the tracks to not sync up.

I have enough inputs, but how do I record 4 tracks at once in Luna? (The record option only shows up to two - a left and a right.)

If Jo says that LUNA can't do that right now, you could use Audacity to do the capture, dump the individual channels as WAVs, and pull them into LUNA for manipulation. Audacity's features page says it can "Record up to 16 channels at once (requires multi-channel hardware)."

I'm guessing LUNA can't do this yet.

Indeed, LUNA only records up to 2 channels (stereo) at a time (for now).

Thanks for the tip! I did use Audacity...running the same time as Luna to pull four tracks total off two different devices.
