When i asked for Specs i meant:nononzenze wrote:See previous postsD-Fusion wrote:So what are the specs for ZebraCM Urs?
I can see that it has 2 Oscillators and lots of modulation options based on the picture + onboard effects, but how much poly 1-8-16, does it have unison?, Arpeggiator and so on
But i guess i have to wait until CM 111 arrives

As I said, it's nothing special:
2 osc - noise - vcf
2 x adsr, 3 x lfo
reverb/modfx/delay
All modules are identical with corresponding ones in Zebra2, just no waveform editing (16 fixed waveforms with smooth transitions instead) and predefined OscFX ("Symmetry" for PWM and "Filter" for osc timbre control). The VCF module is the good old one as known from Zebra 1.0 - 2.0, nineteen different types.
So it's pretty much Zebra 1.0 with minor enhancements here and there, such as IntelMac compatibility and a new user interface.
Cheers,
Urs

It's 4/8/16 voice poly, but single trigger and legato are available as well.
As with Zebra 2, there is no global unison. Instead, the oscillators can be set in double or quad mode (detuned, of course), which is like that supersaw stuff, but for any waveform and in stereo.
It's been a tight schedule recently (before vacation), so neither Arpeggiator nor XY controls have made it into this. What you see is what you get, the only hidden gem is the "more Env" page which holds the u-hepical key/velocity scalings for each envelope parameter (init, attack, decay, sustain, fall | rise, release)
Oh, it comes with quite a load of presets. Nice stuff in there!

Wow Looks like it is going to more than "just another 2Osc synnth"Urs wrote:It's 4/8/16 voice poly, but single trigger and legato are available as well.

Everyone should keep in mind that it will (at least, I assume it will per usual practice) appear as part of the CM Studio in every issue after that, too, so no need to do a mad scramble.LittleTommyPurr wrote:It's out Wednesday March 14th.
