Trying to buy Zebra2 w/my Visa and Share-it keeps rejecting!

Urs, I want to buy your synth but it seems Share-it doesn't want me to have it. I've called Visa about 4 times now and they said there's no issues with my card and it's Share-it that's rejecting it. I've spent hours trying to buy Zebra2 and can't...help please? Can I pay you via paypal or something? I was looking forward all day to finally getting it today and can't...man this is more difficult then I thought!

Well, on my 5th and final try, it seems it worked (haven't gotten the final email yet though). This was only after setting up an account before purchasing Vintage Warmer 2 as well. I'm still waiting on my card verification or something? But I'm hoping it all goes smoothly now!

Well, it's the next day here in the U.S. and I've still yet to receive ANYTHING from share it. I actually bought VW2, the Camel Audio products AND Zebra2 from share it yesterday and I've got nothing from anybody
I give up at this point and pretty much don't know what to do. At this point, I chould have 5 purchases of Zebra2 from share it and have no clue. That is the sh%ttiest site of I've seen for customer service.

Wow, you've been having a bad time.
Are you sure that any confirmation emails haven't been spam-filtered?
When doing the payment process, did the website tell you that the transaction was OK and stuff? Or did it just hang or do something else?
The fact that you've seen the same behaviour on all three different purchases indicates that there's something funny going on.
Did you check out the help.support for share-it? They should be able to confirm your purchases or tell you what's going on, I would have thought.

I DID check it and all it says is there's no orders for my email address at this time. The last email I got from share it says we're processing your order and will get back to you within 4 hours. I got that same email from Camel, PSP, and U-he. So now I don't know if it's been accepted, rejected, or what the status is at this point. My worry is that somehow I'm gonna end up with multiple charges for this software and no liscense to show for it. I was on the phone with Visa off and on all night, they gave all the proper clearance for share-it to charge my card but share-it doesn't want my money for some reason. The only thing I was able to successfully purchase yesterday was Fabfilter. No share-it, no issues. At this point I just don't know what to do anymore and give up. Making 5 - 10 more phonecalls to Visa is not what I feel like doing today. I wanted to be sitting with my new synth creating!

I've just logged into the control panel, but there was nothing visible.
I'm gonna send a request to Shareit now. They have been very helpful in the past, maybe we find out what's going on here!

Don't worry about that - all the developers you have bought from are cool and even if there have been multiple payments (which I doubt in any case), they would sort you out with a license and you could get the other charges refunded, I'm sure.stevechristian wrote:My worry is that somehow I'm gonna end up with multiple charges for this software and no liscense to show for it.

Make sure you check your Credit Card's security code and be sure you've put it in properly. I've had a few cases where I've bought synths for our sound-designers at Pro-Sounds using the company account card, only to find a few days later that the purchase really never went through because I had the CC Number wrong. Just a thought.

Urs I'm on the phone with Visa again trying to see if there's been any charges. If you need the customer order number it's: 110388185. I've got an email from share-it saying that my order's being processed and I'll get the liscensing info within 4 hours. I'm trying to figure out if Share-it even charged the card. What a mess!

They see the 3 rejected attempts from yesterday when I tried to purchase through share-it, but they don't see the last charge where share-it said they've got my order and are processing it within the next few hours. So share-it's got my credit card info, I've tried contacting them with all my customer order numbers and hopefully they do try and process this. Visa said that my card is open for foreign purchases so share-it just needs to process the orders I think?

Havn't heard back from them, but we should see what happens after those 4 hours. While most purchases are processed imminently, some indeed take a few hours...

Thanks for looking into it Urs. It's been almost a day now which is why I'm a little concerned and since Visa said share-it hasn't even attempted the transaction, I'm just wondering if maybe there's an issue on share-it's side. I'll sit tight and won't attempt to repurchase until I get some sort of answer from them. Thanks!
