Your plugin is great Urs.
I have just bought the Andromeda A6 and MFM2 goes really fine with it. Ppl say the A6 effects are not that good. I'm still going to check it out for myself but I definitely like what MFM does to my analog pads and keys. Also warm chorus and phaser is what I'm after.
My feature requests so far:
I haven't read the manual yet... But what is the circle in the center for? I would expect that I could turn off delay lines or change some parameters there.
I would like to mute each of the delay lines so that I can better adjust the other delay lines when making new presets so that I do not have to change the output volume ie turning it down.
A compare feature is always a very helpful thing.
I'd like to request some more special synced pitch/mangle drums presets and also more classic warm chorus presets since I think MFM2 is capable of this.
Thanks for making this available for us to thoroughly try out.

Just played with this puppy and WOW, another superb VST from Urs. How the hell do you do it man?
So, naturally, my next question is: where do I preorder? I've checked this page (http://www.u-he.com/mfm/Pre-Order.html), but I didn't find any links to actually BUY/PreOrder the thing. Are we able to PreOrder yet?

Ah, silly me! How did I miss that? It's even bolded! Remind me to stop getting excited about VSTs first thing on a Monday morning...

So, is it early enough yet? I mean, that money is only gathering interest.Soarer wrote:"Pre-Order starts early March 2007 "

Let's see... maybe pre-order in a couple of days, Release on April 2nd? (Dunno how long it takes to dismantle the booth at Musikmesse and get back home on April 1)

There were no codes for MFM1... thus you'll get new onesshamann wrote:Will new codes be sent to MFM1 users (I sent you the update email some time around when you left for Australia) or will our old codes work with the final build of v2?

Really? I could have sworn in my version of the world that there were. Oh well, that's delusion for you.Urs wrote:There were no codes for MFM1... thus you'll get new ones![]()

I'm unable to get presets to show up (when I select presets at left hand bottom of gui) in either vst or au in Cubase 4 and Bidule on intel mac. I have installed presets in library as instructed. What am I missing?
Thanks,

I'd love to see what you could do with a "slicer/dicer" style plug in like Live Tweaker! Also, where's the preorder?

Hey, hmmm... it might be a typo in the path then...tegman wrote:I'm unable to get presets to show up (when I select presets at left hand bottom of gui) in either vst or au in Cubase 4 and Bidule on intel mac. I have installed presets in library as instructed. What am I missing?
MacHD/Library/Audio/Presets/u-he/MFM2/ - note that it's case sensitive!
On the other hand there have been issues recently with permissions... thought this was history... well... a Repair Permissions might do the trick!

Thanks Urs,
Operator error on my part. Forgot to put the "2" after MFM in path! Time to wear the glasses all the time.
