No no it works

But for regular users on XP Pro the Program Files folder is read only, so that's a bummer.

Is this the same with the NFR?

I use XP pro but when setting up, didnt specify a different login for user/admin.

So that would mean it would be admin by default yes?

Yes, you're admin by default. No worries, I tested with XP Pro as a regular user as well. The thing is, the authorization should be done by the admin user, and the presets folder is read-only (under program files\digidesign\...). I should make a workaroud for that in a subsequent release.

Didn't they show up on your VST host?

You can also load a preset by <right click>->Load->Preset menu

Hi, All good. A track in 10 days (less 5 days manual reading.)
This will be cool.

The DL went fine,
Started up SM and had immediate crash. This didn't happen with the demo.

XP Pro SP2

Pretty sure its a quick fix.

Did that happen during authorization? If so, make sure you don't leave blank spaces at the end of the authorization code/serial #. I already fixed that, but I'm making some architectural change on the code to prepare for the OSX port. As soon as I am done with that, I'll issue a patch.
