Unfortunately, there are some bugs we've encountered that we're working on (which is why its not released) but we're confident that we will get them resolved in the next few weeks. In fact if you own K4 and you're interested in doing some testing of it when it is in beta, please let me know.

Hi, don't own it yet, but think i'm gonna go ahead and get it tommorrow, as it's still a $300 upgrade from K2, and can update my 'local' version on the Mac. If I can help beta test somehow post a message back.

Yeah, Farhan posted a call for people to beta test it. Not sure how many of you responded. Also, we're talking with the distributor to talk about the best way to get it out to people. I'll talk to Farhan today about it and see how the testing is going.

I had similar results as above...it works great and is fun to watch the eyes of guitar players as they try to figure out where the acoustic is coming from.

How are you guys finding the performance of RG2?
Everything works fine, but I find that I have to turn off a lot of articulation to be able to get crackle free playing at 64k buffers.

I've had no performance problems with Rev C and 1280mb of RAM and 64k buffer...that's not the case with other apps like Scarbee/Kontakt 2 but RG2 is a gem...

I've got Rev C with 2gig.
It's the 'chord' mode that I get the splurts in and using the stereo acoustic guitar.
