problem with camel audio presets in receptor

I finally got camel space and came phat instaled, I dont think they are working. If I click on one to load it goes in the slot but I dont hear any change. If I try to hit the brown show plugin buttn rigth next to fx a I see the edit tabe depress but nothing happens on the sscreen . also I cant see the oresets in banks ABCD but if I use the buttons next to the name at the top I see the blue bar moving and the name will show up on top Any suggestions?
