I can't help you with that, but i'd remove your email from the post if i were you. It's unlikely anyone from here will spam you, but those little critters that roam the web extracting email addresses from posts etc, they forward them back to the v1a6ra marketers who will.

I've also edited your post to remove your email, since spammers do collect every address they can find.
