Upgrading to bundles possible?

I thought I'd asked this by email some time back, but I dont recall getting a reply, although its possible my spam filters ate it.

I have two plugins each from the two bundles; is it possible to 'upgrade' to ecah of the full bundles somehow, and if so, how much does it cost?
