zircon, i'm listening to 'Impulse Prime'
right now...the patch set you're selling seems to provide a good starting point to get many of the sounds on the cd. and that's great for $15. all is good...keep up the great work!

Showcases about 15 patches, 1 at a time (except the guitar powerchord + solo one which is 2 patches). No external effects except light compression/limiting on the master track. Enjoy! It's my first demo for this kinda thing.

Precisely the kind of sounds I don't do (guess I'm too old to like Techno/Tarnce much). Your soundset will certainly be a useful one for a lot of people out there! Keep 'em coming...

Hey, don't put yourself down... "VGer Bass Octave" is among the most killer basses I have heard! "Plastic Saw" is also wonderful, has a great aggressive tone.

Thanks Zircon. My last post was a thumbs-up for your sounds because they are complementary i.e. totally opposite to mine. BTW: It's good to know that a few of my sounds are useful in a music style that I personally loathe and detest

Are you thinking of working on a definitive, full-length demo for your sounds? If something like that could be ready before the Musikmesse (March 28th), it would be very helpful for u-he as well as for your sales. Just a thought...

Hey guys, thought I'd share a track I started a few days ago. It's still in the pretty early stages ("WIP" - work in progress) but I think it's cool so far. Zebra 2 is the powerhouse behind the synths, many of which are from this preset bank (one is from the upcoming bank). Man, what a beast. I haven't needed to reach for Fm8, Pro-53, Absynth, or Reaktor for months...

Here's another tune that uses a bunch of Zebra 2 in it. This particular part features the massive "Arena Trance Lead" as well as as one of the sweep patches. Later on in the song there's a synth guitar lead done in Z2 as well as some soft pads. Full ver will be on my next album.

Not my preferred kind of music, but hell, the sounds coming from Z2 are fuckin fat!
This one shows that Z2 haven't lacks in sound range, as someone said in other threads.

These sound pretty good, but it's hard to compete with the new "transmission" zebra bank which gives you over 400 patches for $30. Are you going to give your follow up bank for free to people who buy this one? If so I'll buy it.

To be fair it is technically 160 patches.

Well, Zircon came up with it while I had a *lot* of stress due to my upcoming holiday, when Z2.1, Filterscape UB, ZebraCM, MFM2 beta and another magware had to be finished. I would have loved to put him up through my store, but it's still a lot of work for me - and ShareIt take their 15% and so do I. So, 30$ (+ VAT if applicable) is pretty much the lowest price possible if you wanna get *something* out of it.

Honestly, when beej and I discussed the pricing I wasn't fully aware of the quality of the package. So I'm pretty happy to be able to sell it for only 30$, which I think is a steal.

Nevertheless, this was not intended to put other efforts down! Vice versa, I want to encourage people to create more sound sets! Zircon's set is really nice, offers full XY setup and 15 bucks are not too much.
