Backing up Patches and Multi settings on Receptor

I was just curious if anyone knew of a good method for backing up data from the Receptor. I know I can mount the Receptor Hard Drive on the desktop of my other computer (PowerBook G4), and then I can drag over the files I want to back up... however, I'm just not sure which files I should copy over and back up... in the case of trying to back up my multi settings (banks, multis, user patches).

Any help would be appreciated. =)
