Just sort of. I'd say it rather raises your noise floor - but in the end, the results are quite similar.
But then, as I was talking about a live setup, it really shouldn't matter at all.

The "worst" lowering your guitar volume does is decreasing the amount of distortion on overdriven presets. But that's not even bad at all, it's a thing that I use all the time. Just something entirely different from what I am complaining about.

Mully, the model of the CE-1 Boss Chorus I believe is very similar to the Roland Jazz Chorus sound. You can get close messing around with AT2 and a dual rig setup I think.

I have a Roland JazzChorus, and the first preset I created with AT2 was the JC-120. You don't want to use the CE-1 pedal, because that's prior to amplification. You want to use the analog chorus rack effect instead. It is very similar in sound to the JC-120, both the chorus and vibrato. I also heavily suggest doing a configuration with a single amp feeding dual cabs, both the 1x12 Open Modern, one panned hard left and the other hard right. This will recreate the dual 12" speakers and stereo chorus sound remarkably well.

Is this the epic celebration page? I should be present. What happened to the other thread though? If this is epic then that one is off the charts.

Also, it isn't up there yet but everyone who pre-orders it on esoundz will get a free "Vintage Rock" Wave Pak which has a lot of classic rock grooves you can jam along with. That offer will probably go away May 15 so just a limited time thing. esoundz made a big order with IK to stock up so we can be one of the first to supply a lot of customers without running out of stock (stores that don't order a lot can run out of stock and have to wait for new stock to come in but we're prepared and have them reserved so that doesn't happen).

All pre-orders and anyone who orders either the full version or the crossgrade from esoundz gets a $79. Vintage Rock Grooves Wave Pak for free. Not too bad a deal! There's some good grooves in that pack including some serious Bonham-style and a few Hendrix I believe as well. Anyway, that's something we're going to do more of on esoundz with IK and other software is give away sounds (since it's eSOUNDZ) so that it is a better deal that way then always just competing against price. The more you buy the prices get better and better and there's free international shipping on orders of $199 or more so it is still competitive but getting the extra sounds I think makes it the best overall deal you can get in the world... that is if you like sounds, grooves, loops, beats...

I really don't understand what you're complaining about. It seems to be like you're complaining for the sake of complaining.

You want it both ways, and you apparently don't want to even bother with creating your own patches while you're at it. My suggesting would normally be for you to just create some presets with the amp volume set to your liking in advance. But that's apparently too difficult for you. If you were using a real amp, then you'd only have two channels which you'd have to set individually, and switch between them. You'd have a set number of pedals, chained the same way for the duration of your show. You would turn them on and off with your foot. Creating that exact setup is exceedingly easy to do with AmpliTube 2 and Stomp I/O, and would operate in the exact same way. You only need 2 patches created, set up identically with the exception of one amp clean and the other distorted. Switching between them and turning on and off your stomps is very easy, and even if you need to change some settings on your clean channel or whatever, you only need to do it once - during soundcheck - just like you'd do with your real amp. But that's still not good enough for you. Apparently you also want to take advantage of access to to the multitude of amp, cab, and effect configurations AmpliTube offers, something that would not be realistically feasible on stage with the real things. And even if you were to haul around more than 10 amps and cabs with you to a show, guess what - you'd still need to set each amp's volume and tone individually, anyways. They're not going to have one master volume control for all of your clean sounds either.
