This skin is included in the installer, it's called "Cool Wood"

Um... the 1.5 update for DK+ is free for Euros, but $14 for Yankees!

Also, did micromono and microrock make a return, or have they always been available? ... And didn't they have GUIs? I miss them. I thought they were a lot of fun!
