What is this error: "Translate win error 1114"?

Hi

I can not load any of this instruments:
Cheeze Machine, Claw, Crystal, Ticky Clav, Triangle III, ZR-3, Delay Lama
and this FX:
PSP Vintage Meter, PSP Piano Verb, dfx Buffer Override, or any other FX starting with dfx.

This is the error I got for all them:

Apr 30 03:10:48 RECEPTOR1 rm-host: ../win32/LoadVst.cpp::LoadWindowsVst[131]: todo - translate win error 1114, path '/c/Program Files/VST Plugins/Green Oak/Crystal/Crystal.dll'

Do you know what is this error?

I don't know what the specific error message translates to, but all those plugs should alreay be on your Receptor, so it would reject the install. See if you have these plus listed when you try to load an instrument into the mixer.

Hi Dasher,

Yes, all those pre-installed plugins are listed, but nothing happens when I try to select them.

Anyway, today I have sent the Receptor back to service because it also has another problem (probably with the volume potentiometer)
