Unbaking A Cake

I have done some experimenting with EBP and am not sure if it will do what I'm after..

What I want to do is take a stereo mix and have a program generate say 24 original mono waves of the original L and R stems..

The 24 stems would be used to make a 5.1 mix..

Now I recognize that what I want is not an easy thing to do - it's like baking a cake with ingredients from scratch then asking to have the eggs back..

can this be done using EBP?
