Do you mean you want to modulate the Tune of an Osc? If so, there's a knob to the right of the Tune knob. If you right click on the ... knob you can choose Env2. Add some positive or negative modulation amount to the newly labelled Env2 knob and you'll hear the pitch change based upon the ASDR settings of Env2.
