Hi all,

Have just received my brand new Receptor PRO today, and am I happy ??

But I have some big troubles registrating that thing on plugorama, that i really don't know what to do right now.

It says:

"ERROR: The Receptor serial number you entered is not valid. Please check the serial number before trying again."

But I'm pretty sure, that i'm writing what's there.

Can anybody help?

Possibly: make sure that zeros are not "O" (the letter) and "A" is not confused with "R" (I experienced that problem).

Thx, but that was my first thought - I have tried - allthough not all combinations of 0's and O's, xince my serial contains not less than 6 of those digits. But they are equal in size and form.

The day after my first countless attempts, it just happened to work! Don't know if it was plugoramas registerform playing a little game with me

Problems registering my Receptor
