i can't remember it was the case in previous beta :
in the drumtrack sampler module, you can only modify the panning settings on the selected slot (which means you first have to click on the slot, which is not ideal for the workflow and triggers the sample, and make it not really nice to use in live).
You should be able to modify any sample's pan settings just by dragging the mouse on the pan area of any slot (without having first to select it by clicking on it).

When we get automation for the mixer that should be fixed, just pan the mix.

I think i haven't managed to be very understandable...
THis have nothing to do with automation or a global mix to pan :
I mean :
- open the drumsampler window, load several samples on it.
- if you want to modify one of the sample's pan setting for the whole kit, you first have to select it (by clicking on it), instead of just dragging your mouse on the pan area of each sample on the drumsapler for any sample you want.

Simple drag works with the volume, filters settings, but nothing seems to work with the pan position.soma wrote:@sink

I have made a short video trying to showcase that issue :

It would be nice if we could open the drum track patterns in a big popping up window to edit it, just like any midi pattern.

A small (but needed, in my case!) request i haven't seen mentioned in this particular thread yet:
sample start- and endpoints being on seperate sides of eachother, meaning the startpoint (the thing you grab to set the sample start) would be on top, while the endpoint-handle would be on the bottom.

horizontal scroll in the pop-up Editor, so I can access more than the first 7 drums
(or haven't I found it yet)

Darkstar: no, i don't think it's there yet, so it's *definately needed.

I listed the lack of scroll bars as an issue because there is virtually no way to access those drums without some sort of mutli-page or scrolling, etc.

I just downloaded THIS kit and now realize that the drum sampler needs a scroll bar.
I'm better than you. Deal with it.
