Can I stop the sequencer from starting?

I have installed DK+ Demo for the second time hoping that it will suit my modest requirements, the first time I could not load any presets at all (could not find them).

This time, I can find no way of telling the sequencer to NOT start automatically when I load a preset

Currently, I pause my sequencer, load a new preset into DK+ and when I continue MY sequencer DK+ starts playing :x

I then have to go to the "step" tab and stop the inbuilt sequencer...... gets annoying.

Have I missed something?

It seems like a very capable sampler, at an affordable price - but as much as I want to like it - it wont stop sequencing :help:

BTW - is there a way to get it to play 2 or 3 samples (in one slot) at the same time without the random bit happening?

Thanks.

Hi,

thanks for trying it,

the sequencer starts as you host sends a message to the DK+ telling that the VST clock is running, which host are you using?

do you mean velocity layers switching or stacking samples?
for stacking you may use diffrent pads triggered by the same note.

Thanks for your reply,

Two pads triggered by the same note.... so simple

I've tried that, and seems to work well :D - My PayPal payment has been made, just waiting for the email with the download links :)

Thanks again, you have a new customer.

Thanks Branis,

I followed your link, but a few related links are dead :(

I have noticed several posts with links to drum kits, why doesn't NUsofting put all the latest links on their website.... If the links are dead, Don't post them.

BTW - scroll down to the bottom of their home page.... 2006 was sooooo long ago 8)

You're right, some links are dead, still there's enough interesting stuff there.
OTOH, NUSofting website is brand new. As you can see from the news it's launched about 6 weeks ago
