Love my Receptor! Love Muse! Please keep up the good work!

I've just put Trilogy onto my Receptor and LOVE IT! But it got me thinking ... to me, the hands down, best drums are Larry Seyer's Acoustic Drums. It is my goto library for demos (the sounds TOTALLY inspire me) and ends up being the drum source for smaller productions. Wouldn't it be great to offload my XP machine [running GigaStudio Orchestra] and put GVI + the Seyer Library onto a GVI plugin running beside Trilogy on Receptor?

Question 1: Is it possible to run GVI on Receptor? If not - why? and how long till it works?

Now that we've got Trilogy and GVI running on Receptor, I want to send it back multi channel over UniWire into my Pro Tools machine. Mono Bass & 12 channels of drums ... YUM!

Question 2: What's the status on UniWire for Pro Tools? We want it - we need it.

Question 3: Is it possible to run WayoutWare's TimewARP 2600 on Receptor?

Keep up the good works guys - I love the box - and I'd really love RECEPTOR to be THE GOTO Box both in the studio and on stage! Please help me access the best libraries - no matter what the plugin.

Giga uses the Synchrosoft dongle on GVI - so it won't work until the Rev 2 OS update (looks to be a way off). Don't know about 2600.

It's all about the music. I keep telling myself that...

Has there been any news on the Pro Tools UniWire support?

Is there indication that 1.6 could enable GVI to work?

Post

GVI needs syncrosoft, and syncrosoft won't be ready in OS 1.6.

Question 2: What's the status on UniWire for Pro Tools? We want it - we need it.
Yes -- inquiring Pro Toolers wish to know ....

In this thread, Brian mentioned an RTAS update for UniWire in a couple of months.
