Is there a new version of Modelonia?

I just noticed the newer newsofting website (nice) and Modelonia was prominently featured and says new version at 1.2

If this is newer than what I purchased, is there a free upgrade or update I need to download? Where would I do so?

I received an email telling me Modelonia 1.2 was released in March 2006

The relevant excerpt from the email:

Upgrade is free for existing Modelonia 1.0 users,
they simply need to download the new version with their Dash ticket.
